Demo submissions

We collect the details in the demo form: artist name, email, track title and links, genre, optional BPM, country, artist links and message, plus your answers about release status, AI use and music rights.

We use this information to review your demo and contact you if it’s a fit. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

We keep submissions for up to 12 months, then delete them. We don’t share your submission with third parties except the email and hosting providers needed to process it.

Cookies

We use one marketing cookie, the Meta Pixel, to measure visits to our site. Visitors in the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked first, and the pixel only loads after you click Accept. Elsewhere it loads automatically. To find out where you are, your browser asks a location service for your country (not your exact location). We save that country and your choice in your browser so we don’t ask again.

You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
